  • Booty Build and Slim Waist: Focuses on toning glutes and abs.
  • 20/20/20 Fitness: Three 20-minute segments for a full-body workout.
  • Ultra-Burn Bootcamp: High-intensity total body strength and conditioning.
  • Total Body Fitness: Moderate to high intensity with resistance and calisthenics.
  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Connects mind, body, and breath through physical postures.
  • Yin Yoga: Low-impact class for stress reduction and flexibility.
  • Zumba: Dance fitness program combining various music styles.
  • Lunch Crunch: 45-minute intense circuit workout.
  • Strength & Conditioning: Boosts overall fitness with strength and cardio.
  • High Fitness: High-energy workout combining aerobics and interval training.

Pricing

  • Residents: Free
  • Non-residents: $7 per class or $60 for a 10-punch pass.
