- Booty Build and Slim Waist: Focuses on toning glutes and abs.
- 20/20/20 Fitness: Three 20-minute segments for cardio, strength, and flexibility.
- Ultra-Burn Bootcamp: High-intensity total body workout.
- Total Body Fitness: Moderate to high intensity full-body workout.
- Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Connects mind, body, and breath.
- Zumba: Dance-based fitness program.
- Lunch Crunch: Intense 45-minute circuit workout.
- High Fitness: Combines aerobics, interval training, and modern techniques.
- Trampoline HIIT: High-energy workout on a mini trampoline.
Pricing:
- Residents: All classes are free.
- Non-residents: $7 per class or $60 for a 10-punch pass.
