Fitness Schedule Information 

Class Descriptions:

  • Booty Build and Slim Waist: Focuses on toning glutes and abs.
  • 20/20/20 Fitness: Three 20-minute segments for cardio, strength, and flexibility.
  • Ultra-Burn Bootcamp: High-intensity total body workout.
  • Total Body Fitness: Moderate to high intensity full-body workout.
  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Connects mind, body, and breath.
  • Zumba: Dance-based fitness program.
  • Lunch Crunch: Intense 45-minute circuit workout.
  • High Fitness: Combines aerobics, interval training, and modern techniques.
  • Trampoline HIIT: High-energy workout on a mini trampoline.

Pricing:

  • Residents: All classes are free.
  • Non-residents: $7 per class or $60 for a 10-punch pass.
