  • 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Total Body Fitness with Ricky
  • 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM: 20/20/20 with Kevin
  • 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM: Lunch Crunch with Bree
  • 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: High Fitness with Torri
  • 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Zumba with Lori

Tuesday:

  • 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM: Ultra-Burn Bootcamp with Ricky
  • 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: 20/20/20 with Kevin
  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Yoga Flow with Kevin
  • 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM: Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Sandy

Sunday:

Class Descriptions:

  • Booty Build and Slim Waist: Focus on toning glutes and abs.
  • 20/20/20 Fitness: Cardio, strength, and flexibility in three segments.
  • Ultra-Burn Bootcamp: High-intensity total body workout.
  • Total Body Fitness: Moderate to high intensity full-body workout.
  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Connects mind, body, and breath.
  • Zumba: Dance-based fitness program.
  • Lunch Crunch: Intense 45-minute circuit workout.
  • High Fitness: High-energy workout combining aerobics and interval training.
  • Trampoline HIIT: Fun workout on a mini trampoline.

Pricing:

  • Residents: All classes are free.
  • Non-residents: $7 per class or $60 for a 10-punch pass.
