Booty Build and Slim Waist  A workout that focuses on toning your glutes and your abs.  20-20-20 Fitness  Three 20-minute segments: cardio for endurance, strength training for muscle toning, and core or flexibility exercises for stability and flexibility. This format offers a comprehensive full-body workout Ultra-Burn Bootcamp Higher intensity, total body strength and conditioning boot camp.  Utilizes strength sets, cardio intervals and power training.  Maximize your fitness potential by challenging your mind and body with this unique and empowering experience. Total Body Fitness A full-body, moderate to high intensity workout class with resistance and calisthenics training. Weight training and cardio programs to improve strength and endurance, using a variety of equipment. High-energy, motivating environment. Vinyasa Flow Yoga A fitness class designed to connect mind, body, and breath. Low-impact, high-engagement practice of physical postures, breath work, and movement sequences. Yin Yoga A mind-body class designed to strengthen connective tissue, improve joint mobility, increase circulation and flexibility. A low-impact, “wind-down” approach to lower stress in mind and body. Bring a blanket and pillow, if desired. Zumba A fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.  Zumba routines incorporate interval training-alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Lunch Crunch Intense 45 min circuit workout designed for maximum effectiveness in minimal time. Trampoline HIIT  High Intensity Trampoline intervals. Increase stability, balance,  Strength & Conditioning A strength and conditioning class combine strength training and cardio exercises to boost overall fitness and performance High Fitness High Fitness is a high-energy workout program that blends aerobics, interval training, and modern fitness techniques set to lively music for a fun and effective exercise experience
