  • 6:30am-7:30am: Yoga Flow w/ Kevin
  • 7:30am-8:30am: Total Body Fitness w/ Ricky
  • 8:30am-9:30am: 20/20/20 w/ Kevin
  • 12:00pm-12:45pm: Lunch Crunch w/ Bree
  • 4:00pm-5:00pm: High Fitness w/ Tori
  • 5:00pm-6:00pm: Yoga Flow w/ Kevin
  • 6:00pm-7:00pm: Zumba w/ Lori
  • 7:00pm-8:00pm: Strength & Conditioning w/ Brandilyn

Tuesdays:

  • 6:00am-7:00am: Ultra-Burn Bootcamp w/ Ricky
  • 7:00am-8:00am: 20/20/20 w/ Kevin
  • 5:45pm-6:45pm: Vinyasa Flow Yoga w/ Sandy

Wednesdays:

  • 6:30am-7:30am: Yoga Flow w/ Kevin
  • 7:30am-8:30am: Total Body Fitness w/ Ricky
  • 8:30am-9:30am: 20/20/20 w/ Kevin
