Free for: WH Residents and those with SilverSneakers Flex Insurance.
Punch Card Required for all others.
UHC Renew Active policies are not accepted.

Tuesdays - 9:30am - Silver Sneakers (CCW)
Wednesdays - 9am - Splash (RCE)
Thursdays - 8am - Splash (RCE)
Thursdays - 9:30am - Silver Sneakers (CCW)
