- Free for: WH Residents and those with SilverSneakers Flex Insurance.
- Punch Card Required for all others.
- UHC Renew Active policies are not accepted.

- Tuesdays - 8am - Splash (RCE)
- Tuesdays - 9:30am - Silver Sneakers (CCW)
- Wednesdays - 9am - Splash (RCE)
- Thursdays - 8am - Splash (RCE)
- Thursdays - 9:30am - Silver Sneakers (CCW)
