In 2020, WHMD Parks and Recreation came up with a plan to build a disc golf course along the District’s existing network of trails.

By July, the course was a reality. A 9-hole beginner course, it features cement tee-off pads and begins across the street from Horseshoe Park. Holes 1-8 are Par 3, and Hole 9 is Par 4. It has since been expanded to a full 18 hole course. Holes 10-17 are Par 3, and Hole 18 is Par 4. (Print scorecard or pick up a copy at Recreation Center East.)
